Therapy for Teen Boys in Denver
Helping teenage boys feel more confident, calm, and connected
If your son is struggling with anger, motivation, anxiety, or low mood, you are not alone. Many teen boys today feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or misunderstood, even when things look fine on the surface. Therapy can give your son a safe place to understand what he is feeling and learn healthier ways to cope.
Common challenges teen boys face
Parents often reach out when their son is dealing with:
Anger or frequent outbursts
Withdrawal or isolation
Anxiety or school stress
Low self-esteem or confidence
Depression or lack of motivation
Trouble with friendships or family relationships
Difficulty expressing emotions
These challenges can affect school, family life, and a young person’s sense of who they are.
How therapy for teen boys works
Therapy gives teen boys a place to talk openly without feeling judged or pressured. Sessions focus on helping your son understand his emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence in himself and his relationships.
I work collaboratively with teens and parents to support growth while respecting your son’s independence and privacy.

My approach is warm, respectful, and focused on helping your son feel understood while learning practical tools to navigate life.

Fewer emotional outbursts
