Therapy for driven, high-achieving men who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected
You may look like you have it together on the outside, but feel irritable, overwhelmed, or empty on the inside.
I help men understand what’s driving their patterns and build emotional steadiness, confidence, and connection.
You might relate if
You feel tense, irritable, or emotionally flat even when things are going well.
You overthink but still feel stuck.
You struggle to relax or be present.
Your relationships keep running into the same issues.
You are tired of carrying everything on your own.
If this sounds familiar, therapy can help.

How I work
I use a blend of insight-oriented and practical therapy. We look at how your past and present shape your emotional responses and build new ways of responding that support your goals, relationships, and overall well being. This is thoughtful, focused work that goes beyond simply talking or venting.
About Mike
I am an LPCC who works with men and young adults navigating stress, identity, and emotional challenges. My background as an athlete and coach also shapes my work with people who feel pressure to perform or hold themselves to high standards.
Logistics and fee
I offer in-person sessions in South Denver and secure telehealth throughout Colorado.
My fee is $140 per 50-minute session. I am out of network with insurance, and many clients use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. I also reserve a limited number of reduced fee spots based on financial need.
Next steps
If this resonates, the next step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation. We can briefly talk about what you are dealing with and see if working together feels like a good fit.
